PURPOSE:To obtain laminar ferrite fine powder which has a high magnetization value and includes Ba of small expansion of coersive force distribution by composing the powder by specific laminar compound ferrite fine powder. CONSTITUTION:This powder is composed as expressed by a formula I and is made of laminar compound ferrite fine powder which includes Ba having a straight-line concentration gradient between a surface and a core of the grain among composition elements. In the formula I, 19<(Fe+M)/Ba<=22, M is a compound of one or two or more kinds of group II metals including Co, Ni, Zn, Mn and Mg and one or two or more kinds of group IV metals including Ti, Sn, Zr and Ge. By this, a high magnetization value can be gained and expansion of the coersive force distribution is got under. |
