<p>Blood vessel operation equipment using laser. A catheter (2) is equipped with an endoscopic fiber (21) for endoscopically viewing the diseased part in the blood vessel of a living body, a fiber (24) for irradiating the diseased part with a laser beam, a transparent drug conducting path for removing blood, and a balloon (6) provided at the end portion. The laser device (1) is suitably controlled based upon the data from an image analyzer (3) and a laser beam is emitted, making it possible to carry out the therapy while confirming the diagnostic condition at all times without needing labor such as exchanging the fibers. Further, output signals of an electrocardiograph (71) are monitored to prevent in advance the stanching or adverse effect upon the living body caused by irradiation with the laser beam.</p> |
