<p>Electronic locking mechanism comprising a lock and key-cards. The electronic part of said locking mechanism includes a data storage and can be coupled to a mobile data-polling printer which can be connected to the electronic part of the locking mechanism. Said mechanism also includes an insertion slot for the key-cards which contains a card reader and, in its extremity, a socket for a printer coupling element with electrical contacts, which can be inserted in the insertion slot. In order to further protect said locking mechanism against unauthorized data inquiry, the coupling element (9) includes a key-card code, the insertion slot (4) contains a slider which is displaced with the coupling element (9) when the latter is inserted, and said slider can be immobilized by means of tumblers, which move into the release position if the key-card code is valid, thereby allowing the slider to move into its final position, where the contacts connect with the socket device (49).</p> |
