An adjustable solar heat collector comprises an absorber through which a fluid is conveyed. In order to use such a solar heat collector to regulate the daylight (35) entering a room at the same time, at least two parallel lamellae (1) which constitute the absorber and through which the fluid flows are provided on their top side with a heat-absorbing layer (6) and can be pivoted like louvres about a longitudinal axis between a closed position, in which the lamellae lie flat against each other approximately in one plane, and an open position, in which a maximum opening gap is left free between the lamellae.
