A bispecific F(ab')2 antibody comprises a first Fab' arm specific for a type 1 ribosome-inactivating protein and a second Fab' arm specific for a marker on the surface of a target cell. A population of cells can be depleted by administering an effective amount of such an antibody, one of the Fab' arms of the antibody being specific for a marker on the cells, and of the type 1 ribosome-inactivating protein for which the other of the Fab' arms of the antibody is specific. |
