PURPOSE:To make a shaping die smaller and make the reduction of manufacturing costs for dies and cushions possible, by making right and left side cushions smaller by dividing them in upper and lower cushions respectively, and giving a structure for which the upper and lower cushions have been fixed previously on the right and left both ends of an upper exterior plate and a lower bottom plate. CONSTITUTION:The lower surface of right and left lower cushions 19, for which a concavity 20 to fit on the edge of a lower surface of an object to be packaged 1, is fixed on both ends of a lower bottom plate 12 by an adhesive 22, and the object to be packaged 1, which has been assembled and covered with a polyethylene bag, is placed on the lower bottom plate 12. On an upper exterior plate 11, which is made of a sheet of corrugated fiberboard, the upper surface of right and left upper cushions 17, on which a handling concavity 18 to be required at the time of loading/unloading has been provided, are fixed on both side edges of an upper surface 13 by an adhesive 23. The upper exterior plate 11 is placed from the top of the object to be packaged 1, and the upper right and left cushions 17 are fitted on the edges of right and left both ends of the upper surface of the object to be packaged 1. Then the outside of the upper exterior plate 11 and the lower exterior plate 12 is tied by a number of longitudinal bands 21. |
