PURPOSE:To make it possible to improve the output rate of an extruder during melt molding and its long-term stability, by mixing an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer saponificate with a specified hydrotalcite solid solution. CONSTITUTION:This resin composition is formed by mixing an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer saponificate of an ethylene content of 20-80mol% and a degree of saponification of the vinyl acetate part >=90mol% with a hydrotalcite solid solution (P) of the following formula: [(M1<2+>y1(M2<2+>)y2]1-xMx<3+>-X<(>OH<)>2 Ax/n<n->.mH2O (wherein M1<2+> is at least one metal selected from among Mg, Ca, Sr and Ba, M2<2+> is a metal selected from among Mg, Ca, Sr and Ba, M<3+> is a triavalent metal, A<n-> is an n-valent anion, x, y1, y2 and m are positive integers satisfying 0<x<=0.5, 0.5<y1<1, y1+y2=1, and 0<=m<2). It is preferable that the mixing ratio of the solid solution (P) to the ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer saponificate is 0.005-5wt.%. |
