PURPOSE:To make it possible to assemble and produce in a conveyer system at a low cost by providing a recesses for installing luminous diodes and recessed for installing bonding wires by deep drawing and using insulating metal base plate to the reflection surfaces at the side wall surface of the luminous diode installing recesses. CONSTITUTION:The device furnishes an insulating metal base plate 1 with recesses 11 to install luminous diodes and recesses 12 to install bonding wires formed by deep drawing, luminous diodes 2 installed at the bottoms of the recesses 11, and resistances 3, and the insulating metal base plate 1 consists of a metal base layer 13, an electric insulating layer 14, and electrode patterns 15 and lead patterns 17. The neighboring luminous diodes 2 are connected electrically by a bonding wire 5 through an electrode pattern 15 each other, and the light emitted from the luminous diode 2 is reflected by a side wall surface 16 of the recess 11 and radiated to the front side of the insulating metal base plate 1. As a result, the all production works including the production of main parts and the assembling of them can be carried out continuously, and a low cost is realized. |
