PURPOSE:To facilitate the position control of a mobile equipment and to reduce the cost of the system by supplying a reception carrier level from a transmission reception circuit to a signal processing circuit of a radio controller, comparing the reception carrier levels at all times and operating only the transmission/reception circuit of the highest level so as to make communication between a mobile equipment and a trunk line or between extensions. CONSTITUTION:A radio controller 15 consists of signal processing circuits 1511-1513 corresponding to each line and a call processing control circuit 1514 controlling the signal processing circuits 1511-1513 and the call processing. The signal processing circuits 1521-1523 are detection circuits detecting the know same frequency interference. Then a maximum carrier level discrimination circuit 1531 comparing the reception carrier levels of each zone and obtaining the reception carrier level of the maximum value operates a zone selection circuit 1541 based on the result, radiates a radio wave from a transmission circuit 1751 in radio connection devices 171-173 in the highest zone to make communication between the mobile equipment and the opposite party of a trunk line (extension). Thus, the control relating to the position registration and position management of the mobile equipment is not required, the constitution and control of the system is facilitated and the cost of system is reduced. |
