<p>PURPOSE:To know a failure of a liquid flow control valve so that it can be repaired early by providing an informing device which informs the rise in ambient pressure after a gas flow control valve is closed. CONSTITUTION:When a vapor-liquid separation chamber 8 is filled with liquid and the liquid level rises to reach an opening 20a of a cylinder 20 due to some malfunction such as a failure of a liquid flow control valve 10 or liquid flow-in from another pump device, for example, air is sealed in a pressure chamber R. If more liquid continues to flow-in, the liquid level outside the cylinder 20 rises, but the liquid level in the pressure chamber R cannot rise due to air filling the chamber so that difference in liquid levels occurs. Due to this difference in liquid levels, the air pressure in the pressure chamber R rises to have a diaphragm 21 swelled upward. This allows a valve body 22 to move upward to close an opening 14b so as to prevent liquid from flowing out. At the same time, the air in the chamber 8 flows out from a small hole 31 into a path 14a. With this flow-out, a whistle 30 emits a sound to inform that the vapor-liquid separation chamber 8 is filled with liquid due to the closing of a gas flow control valve 7 or the like.</p> |
