PURPOSE:To obtain a thermoplastic resin composition excellent in permanent antistatic property, mechanical properties such as impact resistance and surface gloss of a molding and prevented from undergoing delamination, by mixing a polyamide elastomer with an acryl resin, a modified vinyl polymer and, optionally, a rubber-grafted polymer. CONSTITUTION:1-40pts.wt. polyamide elastomer (A) is mixed with 1-98pts.wt. acrylic resin (B), 0.1-40pts.wt. modified vinyl polymer (C) having at least one kind of functional groups selected from among COOH, epoxy, (substituted) amino, OH and polyalkylene oxide groups and groups derived therefrom and 0-90pts.wt. rubber-grafted (co)polymer (D) in such amounts that the total of components A-D is 100pts.wt. and that the rubbery polymers account for at moat 40wt.% of the total. In this way, a thermoplastic resin composition having permanent antistatic property and excellent mechanical properties such as impact resistance and surface gloss of a molding and prevented from undergoing delamination can be obtained. |
