PURPOSE:To decrease the missing of a relay signal attended with the delay of start and the occurrence of the delay in the relay time by starting a transmission section over a prescribed time if the presence of a reception signal is decided by a noise squelch function or a carrier squelch function. CONSTITUTION:A reception input decision means 11 provided in the inside of a reception section 10 decides the presence of a reception signal by a noise squelch function or a carrier squelch function with a time delay t1 from the reception point and gives its decision signal to a timer 14 of a transmission section start control means 18. Upon the receipt of the decision signal, the timer 14 outputs the decision signal while holding it over a time t2. A transmission section 4 is started from a point of time when the reception input decision means 11 decides the presence of the reception signal and supplies the decision output to the timer 14 to send the reception signal B1. After the reception input decision means 11 outputs the decision signal and only when the reception input decision means 12 sends the discimination signal in succession, the transmission of the transmission section 4 is continued and the selection function of the relay signal is attained. |
