<p>PURPOSE:To stabilize a cell characteristic for a long time preventing effusion of electrolyte by using a molding sheet composed of a micro powder of holding material and a gas separation plate on whose sealing surface a swelling part is formed, achieving densification of the side edge of the molding sheet taking advantage of tightening pressure during the assembly of cell. CONSTITUTION:A swelling part 3a which is preliminarily formed along the edge side of the sealing surface of a gas separation plate 2 is dug into a molding sheet 1 in which a minute powder of electrolyte holding material is included, through the tightening pressure using the assembly of cell, and the edge side of the sheet 1 is partially compressed. After that, a binder or else being removed from the molding sheet 1 in the process of increasing temperature in the cell, a porous sheet is formed, while melted electrolyte is impregnated. The molding sheet 1 composed of a micro powder of an electrolyte holding material is thus compressed in the periphery more intensively compared to the other portion. Effusion of electrolyte from the sealing surface or from the surface edge of an electrolyte plate 10 can be prevented thereby, and it is possible to stabilize a cell characteristic for a long time.</p> |
