PURPOSE:To realize a test for the accurate lifetime of a microcomputer by using a data bus output control terminal to input an external signal that inhibits the application of the signal to be outputted to a data bus to a data bus terminal. CONSTITUTION:When a microcomputer 1 is actually used, no external signal is applied to a data bus output control terminal 2. The microcomputer 1 can have the continuous input of the commands of the operation codes, the operands, etc., to a data bus terminal 3 in a state where the application of the signal to be outputted to a data bus is forcibly inhibited to the terminal 3. Thus the microcomputer 1 can be actuated in a virtual real working and the rational burn-in is attained for the microcomputer 1. |
