New phenothiazine derivatives of general formula (I) in which R denotes either a radical of formula -NR1R2 in which R1 and R2, which are identical or different, are alkyl, hydroxyalkyl or acetyloxyalkyl radicals or together with the nitrogen atom to which they are attached form a heterocyclic ring containing 4 to 7 chain members optionally substituted by 1 or 2 alkyl, hydroxyalkyl or acetyloxyalkyl radicals, or R denotes a radical -NR1R2R3 in which R1 and R2 are defined as above and R3 is alkyl or phenylalkyl, their isomeric forms and their mixtures, their salts and their preparation and the pharmaceutical compositions containing them.
