摘要 PURPOSE:To conduct full automatic operation without damaging the quality of a molded form, and to shorten the molding cycle time by making the speed of projection larger than first speed at a front position, where a projection forward completion position is projected at a value larger than first forward completion position, in second and subsequent projection. CONSTITUTION:An ejector pin 11 is projected plural times during a unit cycle, and a molded form 10 is mold-released and projected. The ejector pin 11 is projected while release forward speed is made slow in an extent that the molded form is not deformed and damaged during a time from the release start position 9a of the molded form 10 to a first forward completion position on first projection. A projection forward completion position is brought to a front position projected at a value larger than the first forward completion position and the speed of projection is made larger than first speed in second and subsequent projection. Accordingly, all precision molded forms can be lowered positively in the manufacture of a large number of the precision molded forms laying stress on dimensional speed, strain, etc., and a high cycle can be brought without using an automatic extractor.
