PURPOSE:To enhance the accuracy of a small resistance value and to reduce an occupied area by a method wherein a resistance element formed of a diffusion resistance and a resistance element formed of a thin-film resistance are connected in parallel. CONSTITUTION:A first resistance element 1 is formed of a diffusion resistance. A second resistance element 2 is formed of a thin-film resistance. The resistance element 1 and the resistance element 2 are connected in parallel between a wiring part 5 and a wiring part 6. Even when the resistance element 1 and the resistance element 2 are irregular, a prescribed value can be obtained by trimming them in order to adjust the resistance accuracy. In addition, an occupied area is reduced by this trimming operation. |
