PURPOSE:To lessen the amount of lead without generating dispersion in quality by attaching a material to be heated on the upper side and the lower side of a mold and welding a lug of plate at a homogeneously predetermined temperature of a lead alloy in the mold. CONSTITUTION:A lead solved in the hot water is poured into a mold 1, to whose upper and lower sides a burner 4 is attached, and after the lead solved in the hot water is linear heated by a burner on the upper side, while the lead solved in the water is indirectly heated through the heating of the under side 2 of the mold 1 by a burner on the lower side, the burner on the upper side is removed and a plate group lug 5 is inserted in the lead solved in the hot water. When the insertion and attachment of the lug 5 into the lead solved in the hot water is completed, a heating by the burner on the lower side 4 being terminated and the lead solved in the hot water being cooled, a strap 3 to which a plate group lug 5 is welded from inside the mold 1 is removed out. Thereby, a strap 3 of homogeneous quality can be manufactured with a less amount of lead and no dispersion in welding. |
