发明名称 PRODUCTION OF INORGANIC ION EXCHANGE FORM
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain the title ion exchange form giving excellent adsorptivity to remove esp, the trance amounts of inorganic metal ions present in the water in nuclear reactors, by adding an aqueous solution containing at least one kind of Ti-group metal salt and iron salt to an alkaline water and washing and separating a hydrated metal oxide produced followed by calcination of the hydrated metal oxide at specified temperatures. CONSTITUTION:An aqueous solution containing Ti-group metal salt(s) including respective sulfate, chloride, alkoxy compound, etc. of Ti and Zr and Fe salt is added to an alkaline water esp. pref. consisting of high-purity NH3 water. The resultant hydrated metal oxide produced by the reaction is repeatedly washed using pure water and an appropriate filtering means to remove alkali ions, chlorine ion in the metal salts, other anions and water-soluble impurities. Thence, the resulting hydrated metal oxide thus washed is granulated to a shape easy to handle, preliminarily dried and then calcined at 400-700 deg.C, thus obtaining the objective ion exchange form of high anatase crystal,line structure content with high mechanical strength and great Co adsorptivity.
