<p>PURPOSE:To contrive the improvement of efficiency by taking out an article storage tool, storing an article in two or more lines and stages, and picking a required number of articles thereafter returning the rest of the articles to the original position, in the case of article picking in a storage equipment. CONSTITUTION:A storage tool 5, provided with an article storage part 51 of two or more lines and stages, is stored being loaded on a pallet 53 in a pallet storage part 11 of a storage equipment 1. A storage position of each article is left as stored in memory in a control unit. In this condition, when a picking data is input, the pallet 53, loading the corresponding article storage tool 5, is carried out to an out-stock station 32 by a stacker crane 2. Subsequently, the pallet is conveyed to a picking spot 33 by a conveyer 3. A worker P, picking the article in accordance with the display of a display unit 4, presses a completion button. In this way, the pallet 53 is returned into the original storage part 11.</p> |
