PURPOSE: To reduce the width of a handling vehicle to be stable for load due to a heavy load by connecting a structure having a handling device moved at right angles to a vehicle to the main body of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: In a handling vehicle having a four-sided steering system for operating and transporting a large printed material roll 8 in a printing field, a structure 1 having handling devices 3, 4 moved at right angles to the vehicle is firmly connected to the vehicle frame or the vehicle body. Further, the vehicle frame has a longitudinal frame part and two lateral legs 5 to substantially present a U-shaped layout, and the structure 1 is connected to the longitudinal frame part.
