PURPOSE:To obtain the device without mechanical abrasion by a method wherein a nozzle is provided in a pressurizing chamber filled with a fluid while an electric oscillator, oscillating the nozzle and generating the flow of the fluid in the pressurizing chamber, is provided. CONSTITUTION:The pressurizing chamber 2 is provided in a base body 1 while a nozzle plate 3 having the thickness of 30mum-100mum is attached to the front opening of the pressurizing chamber. A plurality of nozzles 4 are bored at the central part of the nozzle plate 3 and the diameters thereof are 30-100mum. A piezo electric oscillator 5 is adhered to the nozzle plate 3 and is constituted so that the nozzle 4 is faced to the central opening 6 thereof. When an A.C. current is impressed to lead wires 9, 10, the piezo electric oscillator 5 generates an expanding and contracting strain in arrow sign directions and a deflecting vibration in left-and-right is caused in the nozzle plate 3 to oscillate the nozzle 4. Accordingly, the fluid in the pressurizing chamber 2 is injected out of the nozzle 4 under forming a jet airstream as shown by the arrow sign A. |
