PURPOSE:To obtain a salty seasoning composition having reduced salt, having no bitterness even by using potassium chloride, low water vapor absorption, substantially reducing intake of salt content by blending salty seasoning mixed with potassium chloride with sodium citrate. CONSTITUTION:A salty seasoning solution which is obtained by blending 78-57 sodium chloride, 20-30wt.% potassium chloride, 1-10wt.% sodium citrate and 1-3wt.% magnesium sulfate, which may be optionally mixed with 1.0-0.5wt.% based on 100 pts.wt. of the composition of calcium chloride and/or 0.5-0.2wt.% magnesium carbonate or further a proper amount of a flavoring component such as sodium glutamate or sodium inosinate. |
