PURPOSE:To make the degree of mixing as uniform as possible by a method wherein a dough mixture is cut out by reciprocating knives and a blade, which are provided near the faster roll between a pair of rolls of a dough mixing means, integrally in the axial direction of the roll. CONSTITUTION:A scraper device 10 is provided so as to cut out tertiary dough mixture G3, which is thinly wound round the surface of one roll 22b out of second mixing rolls 22, into the form of a tape of secondary dough T2 all over the whole region of said roll 22b. The scraper device 10 has two sheets of cutting knives 51 and 52 and a blade 53, the tip 53a of which forms a wedge-like cutting-out blade 54 having a width L. Since a movable board 46, the cutting knives 51 and 52 and the blade 53 are integrally reciprocated in the axial direction of the roll 22b by driving a motor 45, the cutting-out is done all over the whole axial length of the dough mixture wound round the surface of the roll 22b. |
