PURPOSE:To assure a material of PTC behavior excellent in flexibility and mechanical characteristics by forming the same with very low density polyethylene and conductive carbon black. CONSTITUTION:A rubber composition of PTC behavior is formed, which comprises very low density polyethylene of 0.88-0.91 density and 15-35wt.% crystallinity and conductive carbon black of 15-100 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. of the very low density polyethylene. That is, for an organic high polymer as a base of the composition there is available very low density polyethylene of 0.88-0.91 density and 15-35wt.% crystallinity. Hereby, a composition excellent in flexibility and mechanical characteristics is yield, exhibiting PTC behavior even in a non cross-linked or unexpectedly in a cross-linked state. |
