Sealed control knob, preferably made of plastic, comprising a linking element terminated at one end by a head and at the other end by a fastening cage. The fastening cage 50 has a duct in the form of two successive coaxial passages 108, 310 separated by a substantially orthogonal concentric circular internal cavity into which penetrate oblique notches 210 formed in a metal washer 200 sunk into this cage 50 on the periphery of this cavity. The end of the head is a cylindrical part 110 whose smooth surface made of a plastic material is extended by an insertion cone 120. The oblique notches 210 are oriented in such a way as to oppose the withdrawal of the cylindrical part 110 once the latter is engaged in the cage 50. <IMAGE>
