PURPOSE:To prevent the offensive odor of a toilet and moisture of a lavatory from diffusing to sections, to improve comfortability and to prevent a dew- condensation by providing an air pressure type damper in the confluent section of a ventilation outlet in a circulation passage of an air conditioner and a discharge/suction port of a toilet or a lavatory. CONSTITUTION:Since the air from a toilet or a lavatory is sucked directly to a ventilation unit 10 and discharged out of a room, the offensive odor of the toilet and the moisture of the lavatory are not fed to be diffused to rooms, and the rooms can be ventilated and heated or cooled. If the suction inlet 22 of each room is clogged, it is considered that the air of the toilet or the lavatory is apprehended to possibly reversely flow from the ventilation outlet 27 of an air conditioner 1 to the circulation passage of the conditioner 1, but since a reverse flow preventive air pressure damper 30 is provided in a confluent section 29, the damper 30 blocks the outlet 27 of the conditioner 1. Accordingly, it can prevent the offensive odor of the toilet and the moisture of the lavatory from diffusing to the rooms through the conditioner 1. |
