PURPOSE:To advance high integration of a memory cell by making a source voltage cable or a grounding cable branch off and arranging the source voltage cable or the grounding cable so that the space may be half to the neighboring grounding cable or to the source voltage cable at a RAM part. CONSTITUTION:A grounding cable GND (or source voltage cable VCC) is made to branch away up and down at interface between a logical part LOG and a RAM part, and they are extended parallel from the point at which the space becomes half the space at the logical part LOG to the source voltage cable VCC (or grounding cable GND) standing close above and below, and on the extension line of the branch point the grounding cable GND (or source voltage cable VCC is arranged a source voltage cable VCC (or grounding cable GND). By this constitution, the space between the source voltage cable VCC, which supplies operation voltage to a memory cell MC constituting the RAM part, and the grounding cable GND becomes small, and high integration of the mem ory cell MC arranged adjacently to the logical circuit becomes possible. |
