PURPOSE:To prevent a device from being used unfairly by a clerk and to improve security by enabling the execution of a processing job corresponding to a password only when the password inputted by the clerk coincides with a registered password by collating them. CONSTITUTION:At the time of executing various kinds of jobs with respect to th collection of charges, the clerk inputs a specific password recognized by him/herself to an input means. A comparison means 22 compares the password inputted by the clerk with stored several stages of passwords classified by every processing job stored in a password storage means 21, and sends a compared result to a job executes the processing job corresponding to the password that coincide only when both passwords coincide with each other based on the compared result by the comparison means. |
