PURPOSE:To improve soldering resistance in intensifying the stretching during winding element by providing a coating layer consisting mainly of specific quantity polysiloxane polymer on a polyolefin porous film having a surface porosity diameter of 0.05-3mu and porosity ratio of 30-90%. CONSTITUTION:Polyolefin and a polar cold organic solid having compatibility during melting and capable of being separated each other during cooling are melted and extruded, after that, a film having a surface porosity diameter of 0.05-3mu and porosity ratio of 30-90% is formed through stretching. Next, a coating agent capable of forming a silane film such as partial hydrolysis substance or the like of aminosilane + epoxysilane is impregnated on the polyolefin porous film, and then it is cured at 60-130 deg.C so as to form a coating layer containing a polysiloxane polymer, which constitutes a film, or 0.1-6g per polyolefin 10g. The film obtained exhibits an excellent characteristic as a separator of an electrolysis capacitor or the like. |
