PURPOSE:To analyze how the information on a specific firmware function unit differs at any step of a firmware instruction of an analysis device for an object at fault by performing the control after comparing the actual information obtained from execution of the firmware instruction with the information expected by simulation. CONSTITUTION:A control part 5 gives an instruction to a comparing part 4 to compare the value of the firmware function unit obtained actually from a device to undergo a fault analysis with the expected value obtained by a firmware simulation means 3 in each step of a firmware instruction step. Thus it is decided whether the value of the firmware function unit is correct or not. Based on the deciding result of the part 4, the part 5 analyzes how the information on a specific firmware function unit differs in a specific step of the firmware instruction of the device to undergo a fault analysis. Then the part 5 transmits the result of said analysis to an operator or an external device. Thus it is possible to easily analyze the fault state of the object by the analysis device. |
