PURPOSE:To improve the riding comfortability and operability of a pedal or the like so as to reduce vibration and noise by arranging a speed change gear part in the upper side of a differential gear driven by a drive shaft. CONSTITUTION:The position of a differential gear 24 driven by a drive shaft 22 is moved downward so as to extend the upper space, in which counter shafts 5, 6 having a speed change gear is arranged in such a way as to be divided rightward of a main shaft 4. As a result, the whole length of the transmission is shorten and the speed change part projecting in an interior is eliminated so that a tunnel projecting on a floor surface can be extremely reduced. Accordingly, the tunnel projecting on the floor surface of the interior is also made smaller, thereby reducing vibration and noise so as to improve the comfortability and operability of a pedal or the like. By moving the position of the differential gear downward, the oscillation angle of the uniform speed joint for transmitting a power to a car axis is made smaller, so that it is possible to improve the transmission efficiency by reducing the loss in the power transmission. |
