PURPOSE:To easily arranging a valve for taking a substance to be treated from a container main body, by providing the jacket chamber, which is provided around the container main body and has a heat exchanger provided therein, apart from a liquid sump part having an electromagnetic induction heater and connecting both of them by a pipe. CONSTITUTION:A jacket chamber 4 is provided so as to surround a container main body 1 and a heat exchanger 6 is provided therein. A liquid sump part 12 having an electromagnetic induction heater 13 and receiving a heating medium 5 in a state sealed under vacuum is provided apart from the jacket chamber 4. Both of them are connected by connection pipes 17, 18 and the evaporated heating medium is supplied to the jacket chamber 4 by the connection pipe 17 and the liquid phase heating medium condensed therein is recovered to the liquid sump part 12 by the connection pipe 18. Since the jacket chamber 4 and the liquid sump part 12 are separated, the space required in the arrangement of a valve 11 can be easily and certainly secured in the bottom part of the container main body 1. |
