PURPOSE:To remarkably improve the operating characteristics of a vehicle by arranging a spacer and a multiple disk clutch receiving thrust force between a worm gear and a differential housing, and distributing torque according to a traffic condition in response to front/rear wheels. CONSTITUTION:A spacer 21 and a multiple disk clutch 22 are arranged between a worm gear 10 and a differential housing 14. Thrust force at the time of rotation is received by a spacer 27 and transmitted to a spacer 21 through the worm gear 10. The thrust force is also transmitted to the multiple disk clutch 22, and depending upon friction force between the clutch plates, torque is distributed to accelerating shafts 16, 17. A large rate of torque is given to the side of a wheel having high gripping force, to remarkably improve operating characteristics of a vehicle.
