<p>PURPOSE:To provide a recording liq. for ink jet recording with high solubility in liq. medium components and long-term solution stability, hard to clog ejecting orifices, and capable of giving a clear red image of high density, by incorporating two particular types of water-soluble dyes. CONSTITUTION:A recording liq. for ink jet recording comprising a liq. compsn. contg. as a recording agent a water-soluble dye consisting of C.I. acid red 92 and C.I. acid yellow 73 is yielded. The principal liq. medium component of the recording liq. is water, and a mixture of water with various water-soluble org. solvents, (e.g., diethylene glycol, triethylene glycol monomethyl ether) is pref. used. It is possible to obtain a clear red image of high density with high solubility in liq. medium components and long-term solution stability, hard to clog ejecting orifices, and absorbing light of wavelengths of 400-600nm.</p> |
