A description is given of an electronic wristwatch in which there are provided on the top side of the wristwatch a moving, digital time display, for example for hours and seconds, and additionally a fixed, analog type display, for example for the minutes. It is also possible to provide on the strap a sensor which senses the wearer's biological data and, moreover, influences the time display or else the colour of the strap, for example the rate of movement of the digital time display in the longitudinal direction of the strap.
