Arrangement for keeping constant the consistency of dyeing baths in the dyeing of long textile material webs

The arrangement according to the invention relates to dyeing arrangements, in which long material webs are guided through a dyeing bath. The dye loss of the bath per material web metre of bath throughput is replaced per material web metre by constant dye amounts emitted from a dye emitter. The control of the emission sequence is determined by a measuring-wheel pulse transmitter running on the material web and a pulse counter which counts the pulses emitted, the following emission in each case being triggered when a predetermined pulse number (emission number) is reached. The start setting of the emission number takes place by hand according to calculated or proven data. The emission number set is in each case adjusted upwards or downwards when the electrical conductivity of the bath deviates from its "set" conductivity by a predetermined percentage of the set value.
