PURPOSE:To obtain an optional level shift quantity by limiting a current flowing to a diode and a FET by two resistors connected in series and varying the ratio. CONSTITUTION:A current supplied from a constant current source 19 is branched and supplied to load resistors 13, 14 in response to the noninverting and inverting signal given to terminals 101, 102 and a voltage across the resistors 13, 14 is applied to the circuit of the next stage as an output signal. A signal caused across the resistor 14 is extracted at an output terminal 103 via a FET 15 and a level shift circuit 501. In case of desiring the level shift to be the forward drops of three diodes, the ratio of the resistance of a resistor 3 to that of a resistor 4 is selected to be 2. Moreover, the inverting signal caused across the resistor 13 is extracted at the output terminal by similar level shift. |
