PURPOSE:To effectively suppress a reaction in the interface of a main core part and an auxiliary core part by executing the crystal surface azimuth selection of a part to face a magnetic gap out of the ground surface of a single crystal ferrite which becomes an auxiliary core part. CONSTITUTION:Out of the surfaces of a single crystal ferrite which becomes the material of auxiliary core parts 3 and 4, one of the surface in which the crystal surface azimuth of a main surface 12 facing a magnetic gap 2 and approximately parallel to a magnetic gap 2 is inclined to 10-30 deg. from a {100} surface to a <110> direction, the azimuth is inclined from a {110} surface to a <100> direction to 10-30 deg. or the azimuth is inclined from a {100} surface to a <100> direction to 10-30 deg. is selected. These surfaces have a character in which the reaction is hard to occur at the section of a soft magnetic metal laminated as a main core part even under a high temperature. Thus, the response or the diffusion of the component element in the interface of the main core part and the auxiliary core parts 3 and 4 is reduced. |
