PURPOSE:To extremely shorten the axial dimension of the above transmission by providing the transmission composed of plural disengaging means arranged between the first and second counter gears and main driven gear meshed with the whole of plural second counter gears. CONSTITUTION:The first output shaft 14a around a main driven gear 14 is arranged in such a way as to be dislocated downward to the input shaft 12 around a main driven gear 13. By thus dislocating both shafts 12, 14a, the degree of freedom in setting respective gear ratios in the route from the main driven gear 13 through the first and second counter gears to the main driven gear 14 is made higher, thereby easily setting the speed change ratio every speed change steps in the transmission 10. In this transmitting mechanism, the first counter gears 21, 31 and 41, 51 (not shown), the second counter gears 22, 32 and 41, 51 (not shown), and hydraulic clutches 23, 33 and 43, 54 (not shown) are arranged in parallel to each other in the faces thereof right to respective shafts. Thus, it is possible to extremely shorten the axial dimension of the transmission. |
