PURPOSE:To achieve a smaller size and a higher efficiency of a filter paper replacement employing feed rollers made in one set, by making a filter paper flow vertically while a mobile chamber is put together with a cutter through a spring to set the fixing of the filter paper to work in conjunction with the cutter. CONSTITUTION:A filter paper 1 is fed to chambers 21 and 22 through a guide roller 6, a feed roller 7 and a printer 5. In the chambers 21 and 22, a mobile chamber 22 is put together with a cutter 41 through a spring 13 and hence, as the cutter 41 is pressed in the direction of a paper 1, the chamber 22 is pressed and fixed onto the paper 1 to cut it therewith 41. A gas to be measured flows into the chambers 21 and 22, after dust adheres to the paper 1, radiation of the dust is measured with a radiation detector 3 and the results are printed with a printer 5 on the surface of the paper 1. From the paper 1 thus printed, a part used for measurement is separated by the cutter 41 to be divided with a divider 8.
