PURPOSE:To offer optimum route information corresponding to the operating state of a moving body at high communication efficiency without applying load to a driver by providing the title system with a driver's information output means, an information transmitting means, a route information transmitting means, a route information informing means, and so on. CONSTITUTION:When a driver opens the door of an automobile 5 to start its drive in a waiting state at the time of absence of the driver before the start of drive or the like, a control part 11 receives a detecting signal from a door opening/closing detecting part 9 and commands an ID receiving part 7 to receiver driver's information from an ID card 1. The receiving part 7 transmits an information transmitting request to the card 1 and the control part 11 receives the information from the card 1 through the receiving part 7 and transmits the received information to a center 3 through an automobile side communication part 15 together with the current positional information. The center 3 finds out the succeeding destination and an optimum route arriving at the destination on the basis of a traffic condition or the like and transmits the results to the automobile 5 through a center side communication part 17. The route information is informed to the driver through a navigation device 13, so that the optimum route information of the automobile 5 can be offered without applying load to the driver. |
