PURPOSE:To enable to perform efficiency precision molding and high-quality molding, by a method wherein a connecting part between different kinds of metals is arranged in the vicinity of a gate, forced control of heating and heat absorption is performed at the connecting part and opening and closing of the gate is performed by making retention resin in the vicinity of the gate melt and solidify. CONSTITUTION:When an electric current is turned ON from a one side metal 7 to the other metal 8 through a changeover mechanism 9, molding resin in the vicinity of a gate to which the connecting part 6 is faced is molten by heating the connecting part 6 through Peltier effect, the gate 2 is opened and the molten resin in a runner part 14 and a manifold 11 is poured into a cavity 15 through the gate 2. When the direction of an electric current electrifying to the metals 7, 8 is inverted through action of the changeover mechanism 9, the gate 2 is closed as the resin in the vicinity of the gate 2 is solidified by cooling the same as the connecting part 6 is cooled bt absorption of heat through the Peltier effect. With this construction opening and closing operation of the gate is worked briskly, a processing accuracy of a molded article is improved and contraction of time of a molding cycle can be performed, through which high-efficiency production can be expected. |
