A fuel injection control system includes a hot wire air-flow sensor (3) detecting a quantity of suction air, a fuel injection valve (2), a throttle valve (5) regulating a quantity of the suction air, and a bypass valve (17) for the suction air bypassing the throttle valve. The system further includes a first detecting means detecting an opening of the throttle valve, a second detecting means detecting an opening of the bypass valve, and a third detecting means detecting a rotational frequency of the engine. The output of the air-flow sensor is corrected according to the outputs of all the detecting means.
