PURPOSE:To make narrow the space within the annealing furnace and resultingly improve productivity by annealing both the inner wound core and the outer wound core while the former is inserted into the latter. CONSTITUTION:As an outer wound core 9, the silicon steel plate cut a little shorter in length is wound round and is then pressed into an almost square form. Then, as an inner wound cores 10, 11, the silicon steel plates cut in the same length are wound round. These are placed in parallel and both sides of them are pressed into an ellipse and integrated through binding by a band 12. Thereafter, a core metal 13 is inserted and pressurized. Thereby, the inner wound cores 10, 11 are closely integrated to the outer wound core 9. Then, this 3-phase wound core is annealed, and the core metal 13 is removed, the wrapping part 14 is opened and a coil 15 is loaded. |
