<p>Thin splits (3) formed initially from a brick with a space (5) corresponding to an ordinary joint are arranged on the bottom of a mould with the external face turned downwards, a lateral joint (11), optionally covered with a sheet of paper (13) which holds it in the mould, is arranged on the sidewalls of the mould, the said joints (5) between the splits are then partially filled with dry sand, the foamable synthetic material is uniformly arranged in the mould, a sheet of paper or the like is arranged between the mould and the cover thereof and the mould is closed to allow the foamable synthetic material to foam before removing the facing plate (1) from the mould. <IMAGE></p> |
