PURPOSE:To enhance reliability, by containing a plurality of motor bodies provided with thin ultrasonic motors, in one casing in a layer-built state, and by driving an output shaft rotationally. CONSTITUTION:Layer-built ultrasonic wave motors are provided with a cylindrical casing 1, and on the center of a cover plate 2 for covering the upper surface of the casing 1, an output shaft 4 provided with a driving plate 3 at the lower end is supported rotatably with a ball bearing 5. Then, in the casing 1, three motor bodies 6L to 6U provided with the ultrasonic wave motors of progressive wave types are contained in the vertical direction and in a layer-built state. Besides, on the upper surface of a stator 8L, a rotor 11L with an inner toothed gear 10L formed on the inner periphery is mounted, and three planet gears 12L are fitted on a solar gear 14L fitted firmly on a fixed shaft 13. In this case, when one body among a plurality of the motor bodies 6L to 6U is worked, then the output shaft 4 is rotationally driven, and along with the increase of the number of the bodies, a rotational speed is also increased. |
