MOLDING METHOD OF MIDDLE TRAY AND COSMETIC MATERIAL FOR COMPACT

PURPOSE:To obtain pressed powder without beads and without change in a middle tray which holds a cosmetic material by working the middle tray simultaneously by utilizing the stress at which the solidified cosmetic material is packed in the middle tray. CONSTITUTION:A sheet material 10 which deforms plastically is placed on a die 5' and a punch 4' provided with a guide hole 2' is set from above. A powdered cosmetic material 6 is packed in the hole 2' and the material 6 is compressed with a punch 7'. At this same instant, the material 10 is formed to the prescribed shape punched in the die 5'. The pressed powder 13 holding the material 6 in a middle tray 1' is obtained. The pressed powder 13 is thus obtained without beads and without change in the middle tray.
