<p>PURPOSE:To attain the recording and reproducing of an oblique scanning system without obliquely traveling a drum or a tape by automatically executing a reciprocating motion in a shaft direction when a revolving head drum is rotated and obliquely forming a recording track on the tape. CONSTITUTION:A drum supporting shaft 5 is vertically fixed to a stator core 1 by a male screw part 16 and a lock nut 18. A rotary head drum 2 is supported through a bearing member 6 to the shaft 5 with being slidable together with the rotation. A ball retainer 20 on the inner circumference surface of the drum 2 holds a ball 21 and forms a lead mechanism 7 together with a ball channel 19 of the shaft 5 and this drum is moved up and down in correspondence to the rotation angle of the drum 2. Accordingly, when the rotary head drum 2 is rotated by a drum driving motor 12, the drum is automatically moved up and down by the lead mechanism 7 and the recording and reproducing due to the oblique scanning can be executed to the tape which is horizontally traveled.</p> |
