PURPOSE:To enable the mass production of motor by inejction molding a mixture of magnetic powder and synthetic resin to prescribed dimensions of respective parts and assembling the molded parts. CONSTITUTION:A casing 1 is obtained by mixing fine powder such as iron material and synthetic resin and injection molding the mixture. A stator 2 for molding a field is obtained by molding a mixture of permanent magnet powder and synthetic resin. Further, a rotor 3 is constructed by injection molding a conductor coil which is wound in advance with a mixture of magnetic powder and synthetic resin; a rotational shaft 4 is provided at the center; bearings 5 are supported at the casing 1, and the parts are assembled. According to the above- described manufacturing method, molded parts can be continuously assembled in mass production, thereby facilitating the mass production of numerous motors. |
